Techo Bloc pricing isn't published by Techo-Bloc itself. Dealers set it, and the published dealer figures I could find put the material at roughly $6 to $17 per square foot. The cheaper end is the 60 mm Blu 60 slab, at $5.88 to $9.69 a square foot depending on the dealer. Driveway-grade Blu 80 runs $8.46 to $11.65, and the premium textured slabs such as Aberdeen and Travertina Raw run $12.69 to $16.95. Steps and fire pits are priced per piece.
I pulled those numbers from three dealers that publish them, in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Texas. Techo-Bloc's own cost report blocks automated readers, so none of its figures appear here.

Prices are material only, per square foot. "EP list" is the Standard Concrete Products Techo-Bloc price list (2024, Eastern Pennsylvania). "South Shore" is South Shore Landscape Supply in Rockland, MA.

Thickness costs money: Blu 80 lists $2.58 a square foot above Blu 60. And no dealer is cheapest across the board.
One slab, three prices
I tracked Blu 60 Smooth in Shale Grey across all three: $5.88 on the Pennsylvania list, $7.30 at South Shore and $9.69 at Whiz-Q Stone in Fort Worth, in store only. That is a 65% spread for an identical slab.
My one strong opinion on this topic: the paver price is the one number in a patio budget you can shop without cutting a corner. The base and compaction shouldn't be bargained down. The slab can, by picking up the phone. Get three quotes on the exact product code.
Colour, HD² and polish on the quote
- Premium colors: Blu 60 in Onyx Black, Greyed Nickel or Beige Cream lists at $6.43, 55 cents over the core colors.
- HD² surface: plus $1.00 a square foot on Blu 60 and $1.11 on Blu 80, about $200 on a 200 sq ft patio. Worth it under a grill, less so on a path nobody eats on.
- Polished: $11.81 to $12.35, 500 sq ft minimum. Not an impulse buy.
Steps, walls and fire pits are priced per piece

Pallet math before you ask for a quote
Yards sell by the full pallet or charge to break one. Blu 60 is 116.82 sq ft per pallet (about 3,268 lb), Blu 80 is 84.96 sq ft and Blu Grande 87.91 sq ft.
A 12 × 16 ft patio plus 10% for cuts needs about 212 sq ft: two pallets of Blu 60, about $1,374 at $5.88 or $2,264 at $9.69. The spare 20 sq ft is your replacement stock for the day a slab cracks under a dropped planter.
Shop the dealer, not the brand
Techo Bloc pricing depends more on who sells it than on any catalog. Pick the line for its rating and look, then make three dealers compete, asking each for the exact product code price, sq ft per pallet and delivery charge. Call on a weekday morning, when someone who knows the price list is more likely to answer.
