Unilock pavers price out at roughly $5 to $18 per square foot for the material, based on the one full dealer price list I could find published online. Unilock doesn't post prices itself. Its own cost guide puts a professionally installed 400 sq ft patio at $12,000 to $16,000, or $30 to $40 per square foot, with pavers, labor, base and extras all in. The spread inside that material range comes almost entirely from which line and which surface technology you pick.
The cost articles on page one mostly restate that installed figure. This page is about the line-by-line number.
Unilock pavers price by line
Pine Landscape Center in Lawrence, Kansas publishes its 2025 Unilock price sheet (updated February 2025) with a retail column and lower contractor-partner columns. These are the retail figures:
| Line | Thickness | Retail per sq ft | Bundle size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Holland Standard | 6 cm | $5.13 | 118 sq ft |
| Brussels Block (standard, half, XL) | 7 cm | $7.92 | varies |
| Treo Smooth Random | 6 cm | $8.14 | 108.99 sq ft |
| Beacon Hill Flagstone | 6 cm | $8.92 | 116.57 sq ft |
| Beacon Hill Smooth | 6 cm | $9.58 | 116.57 sq ft |
| Beacon Hill Smooth EasyClean | 6 cm | $10.87 | 116.57 sq ft |
| Beacon Hill Flagstone | 8 cm | $11.66 | 81.6 sq ft |
| Copthorne (Elegance) | varies | $15.41 | 89.2 sq ft |
| Town Hall (Elegance) | varies | $17.52 | 88.41 sq ft |
I read the sheet twice, because its PDF layout scrambles some columns further down. I've only used rows I could cross-check; the Beacon Hill bundle sizes (116.57 sq ft at 6 cm, 81.6 at 8 cm) match Unilock's own packaging tables exactly.
Treat this as one dealer in one region. Freight, local demand and the dealer's margin all move the number, so use it to compare lines rather than as a quote.
Three tiers, and what the extra money buys

Unilock's paver patio cost guide splits its range into three technology tiers, marked $, $$ and $$$:
- Traditional ($). Through-mix concrete, the same aggregate and color from top to bottom. Classic shapes, lowest price.
- EnduraColor ($$). A face-mix: concentrated color and finer, wear-resistant aggregate on top of a coarser base layer. Unilock says the top layer stops the larger, lighter aggregate from ever showing through, which is why the color looks the same after years of foot traffic. Beacon Hill is an EnduraColor line.
- Elegance ($$$). Face-mix plus more detailed textures, with EasyClean stain protection on every product. Copthorne and Town Hall are in this group.
Here's where I'd draw the line: for most patios, stop at the middle tier. Going from Holland to 6 cm Beacon Hill Flagstone adds $3.79 a square foot and buys the face-mix that keeps the color from wearing gray. Going on to Town Hall adds another $8.60, and what that mostly buys is surface detail. On a 300 sq ft patio, that second step is about $2,600 you could spend on a deeper base, better edge restraint or simply a bigger patio. Buy Elegance because you love how it looks, not because the dollar signs suggest it lasts three times longer. The details are in our piece on pennsylvania flagstone.
Bundle math for a 300 sq ft patio
Unilock is sold by the full bundle (the sheet says so in its footer), so your real order rounds up. For 300 sq ft plus 10% waste, about 330 sq ft:
| Line | Bundles | Area bought | Material cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Holland 6 cm | 3 x 118 sq ft | 354 sq ft | about $1,816 |
| Beacon Hill Flagstone 6 cm | 3 x 116.57 sq ft | 350 sq ft | about $3,119 |
| Town Hall | 4 x 88.41 sq ft | 354 sq ft | about $6,196 |
Leftover pavers aren't wasted. Stack them somewhere dry for the day a pipe repair or a stained paver needs a match, because a new pallet from a different production run can come out a shade off.
Then remember what the pavers are a share of. Unilock's cost guide says they usually make up about a fifth of a patio budget. Excavation, base stone, labor, edging and joint sand take the rest, so that $3,119 of Beacon Hill works out to a job around $15,000 once it's installed. For national cost ranges across brands, see our patio pavers price guide.
Colors change by region
Unilock runs separate product pages for each region, and the color lists differ. Beacon Hill Flagstone shows Fossil, Alpine Grey and Bavarian on the Chicago page, Birch, River, Sierra, Walnut, Granite Fusion, Fossil and Bavarian on the Ohio page, and Granite Fusion, Tuscany, Fossil, Sierra and Almond Grove in New York. Pick your region on unilock.com before you fall for a color, then ask the dealer what's actually in the yard.
The two most-searched lines have their own pages: Unilock Beacon Hill pavers for large flagstone-look slabs, and Unilock Brussels pavers for the tumbled cobble that also goes on driveways.
Where the Unilock price actually comes from
You buy Unilock through independent landscape supply dealers or through a contractor, not from a Unilock web store. That's why the price varies so much. Three practical points:
- Ask for the price per square foot and the bundle size. Per-bundle quotes hide how much you're rounding up.
- Ask about contractor pricing. The Kansas sheet's pro price is already below retail, with partner tiers 3 to 6% below that. A contractor may buy for less than you would.
- Check the Authorized Contractor option. Unilock's cost guide says it backs their installs with at least a two-year workmanship guarantee.
Price the tier, then the line
The Unilock pavers price you pay depends far more on the technology tier than on the brand name. Entry lines start around $5 a square foot, EnduraColor lines like Beacon Hill sit near $9 to $12, and Elegance runs $15 to $18 at the one dealer that publishes its list. Choose the tier, then the line, then round up to full bundles. And keep a few spares. Future you, holding a cracked paver, will want them.
FAQ
How much do Unilock pavers cost per square foot?
For material alone, one Kansas dealer's 2025 retail list runs from $5.13 (Holland) to $17.52 (Town Hall) per square foot. Installed, Unilock's own guide estimates $30 to $40 per square foot for a 400 sq ft patio.
Are Unilock pavers more expensive than other brands?
Unilock positions its EnduraColor and Elegance lines as premium, and those cost more than basic home-center pavers. Its entry lines, such as Holland at about $5 per square foot on the Kansas list, are closer to mid-market concrete paver prices.
Why doesn't Unilock list prices on its website?
Unilock sells through independent dealers and contractors, who set their own prices based on freight, regional stock and margin. Ask a local dealer for a per-square-foot quote.
Can I buy Unilock pavers by the piece?
Most dealers sell full bundles only. Some will split a bundle or sell leftovers, so ask, but budget as though you're rounding up to the next full bundle.
